Installation of column base
(1) Embedded parts (anchor bolt) problems: overall or layout deviation; elevation error; screw thread without protective measures. The bolt holes on the bottom plate of the steel column are directly out of alignment, resulting in insufficient thread length.
Measures: the steel structure construction unit cooperates with the civil construction unit to complete the embedded parts work, before the concrete pouring and tamping. Relevant dimensions must be rechecked and fixed firmly.
(2) The phenomenon of anchor bolt not vertical: the horizontal degree of the base plate of frame column column foot is poor, the anchor bolt is not vertical, and the horizontal error of embedded anchor bolt is too large after foundation construction. The columns are not in a straight line after installation, which makes the appearance of the house difficult to see, brings errors to the steel column installation, and affects the structural stress, which does not meet the requirements of the construction acceptance specification.
Measures: the anchor bolt installation should adhere to the bottom plate leveling with the lower adjustment bolt, and then the secondary grouting of non shrinkage mortar, and the construction method abroad. Therefore, during the construction of anchor bolt, steel bar or angle steel can be used to fix anchor bolt. Welding into a cage, improving the support, or taking some other effective measures to avoid the anchor bolt moving one place when pouring the foundation concrete.
(3) Anchor bolt connection problems: the anchor bolt of column base is not tightened, the base plate is not welded with the bottom plate; some anchor bolts with 2-3 threads are not exposed.
Measures: Welding bolts and nuts shall be adopted; outside chemical anchor bolts, fire-proof coating and heat insulation treatment shall be added to prevent the anchorage performance from being affected by fire; observation data of foundation settlement shall be supplemented.
