Structure is a part of steel structure engineering in modern construction industry, and it is also a kind of construction technology widely used in modern architecture. However, steel structure reminds people that there are many assembly methods of steel structure, which should be carried out according to the actual situation in the construction process; steel structure assembly mainly includes template method, copy assembly method, vertical assembly method, horizontal assembly method and tire mold assembly method.
Grounding sampling method: release the real sample of the part on the assembly platform according to the ratio of 1:1, and then assemble according to the position of the part on the actual sample. The assembly method is suitable for the assembly of truss, frame and other small batch structures.
Copy assembly method: firstly, the test piece is assembled into a single side (single piece) structure, then spot welding is used to fix it firmly, and then the tire model is turned over, and the structure on the other side is assembled on it for two times. This method is suitable for truss structures with symmetrical sections.
Vertical assembly method: select top-down or bottom-up assembly sequence according to the characteristics and stable position of parts. The assembly method is suitable for placing stable cylinder with small height or large diameter.
Horizontal installation method: assemble components in horizontal position. The assembly method requires the size of components in steel structure, and is suitable for slender components with small section and long length.
Tire mold assembly method: using tire mold to position the parts in the assembly position. The assembly method has certain requirements for the positioning and precision of steel structure parts, and is suitable for the manufacturing of large quantities and high precision products.
In the process of steel structure assembly, the assembly must be carried out according to the process requirements. When there are hidden welds, they must be welded and inspected before covering. In order to reduce deformation, small parts should be used for assembly welding, and large parts can be assembled after correction.
The parts of steel structure assembly must be qualified products. The contact surface, rust, burr, dirt, ice and snow, oil stains, etc. of the parts shall be removed within 30-50 mm along the weld edge. Before assembly, the sheet metal and profile should be spliced. After assembly, welding and correction of parts, to reduce residual stress of parts and ensure product quality. Concealed parts of parts shall be painted in advance.
In short, we should remind you that the steel structure construction process must be carried out according to the selected assembly method, and then in accordance with the national quality standards, in order to ensure the construction quality.
